A spirit of Justice pulled from the Fade by a blood mage while attempting to right the fact that she'd been torturing and using a group of villagers. He is friends with Riona and Anders mostly, but he is an interesting conversation partner and I would have him at my side in a fight any day.

He's not the Zevran I traveled with, but it's nice to have a familiar face and know that not many things change in the timelines we're from respectively. The fact that he's with Rowan isn't so much a surprise as it is a question of his own sanity.
